Any comments about the town hall meeting? I'm curious!

I heard the rumor that there are still teachers and TA who are not happy with the administrators. Is that right?

This town meeting had many teachers, TAs and admins present together. Each praised the school, recognized each other's hard work and shared positive comments about their feelings for RSD.

What about the parents? Did they come to the meeting too?

I don't believe them. I don't think they are being honest with each other. In private, they complained a lot.

That shows RSD has not changed a bit for years. The best action is to get your child out. Otherwise, the child would be affected in a term of morale.

Well, There are some changes. There are still rumors that the morale among the teachers, TA, and administrators is still low. I'm concerned that it will impact on their teaching because it can hurt the student's education. The low morale can demotivate the teachers.

Do you think Dr. Harold Mowl is ready retire? I don't want anyone from RSD to apply for his positionl. We need to hire someone from outside of RSD.

I don't think he is ready to retire. He is working so hard to make good things happen so that he could retire with a good note. That would offset bad comments and judgements in this blog as well as the first two town meetings. So give him some time to prove us that he is capable of make a good impacts at RSD...

It's called a legacy. Unfortunately Mr. Mowl bad decisions a long time ago at RSD continued to now so that no positive legend can be made at his retire. It's sad to me. He has a good heart. Lost his son at war is terrible. Make no sense for him to stay at RSD only to make champ impression. Wont happen now or soon any time. get out soonest on good bases and let new leadership into school which is good. For sake of school Mr. Mowl time to go is now.
